Click the Cookie delivers to addresses within the UK and Ireland


For the UK we offer two levels of delivery service - first class post or a next 'working' day delivery service (ie. parcels sent out Monday to Friday will arrive the next working day -ie. not Saturday or Sunday).

You need to select the delivery service which you prefer.

UK

Click the Cookie products are delivered to addresses within the UK by Royal Mail First Class Post or by next day courier. You choose the service you want to use.

Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched that day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or on bank holidays are despatched on the next working day.

UK: First Class Post.  

Charges: £3.95 per item up to a maximum charge of £9.95 for 3 items or more to the same address.

If you choose to use the First Class post option this means, according to the Royal Mail, that "they aim to deliver at least nine out of ten First Class post on the following day". 

In practice we would suggest that you treat us like birthday cards which you want to arrive on a certain date and therefore it would probably be a good idea to place your order a day or so earlier. 

UK: Next Day Courier Delivery.  

Charges: £9.95 for 1 or more items to the same address.

If you want to be sure that your purchase will arrive the next working day then you can select our next day courier delivery option. Orders are guaranteed to be delivered the next working day - ie. Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Please note that the next day service will require a signature on delivery.

IRELAND

Ireland: Airmail

Charges: £9.60 per item

Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched that day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

 

We are very happy to send your order directly to you or to the person whom you want to receive the Click the Cookie item. 

We can and are pleased to accept orders from anywhere in the world so long as they are for delivery within the UK or Ireland. Prices are shown and charged in UK Sterling.
